Andrea Hawley

Andrea Gittens-Hawley  is from the community of New Waterford, where she has been working  as a team leader with Service Canada.  Prior to working with Service Canada Andrea was employed with RBC for many years.

Andrea’s  community and organization involvements reflect her goal to insure that our community  receive fair equitable treatment when seeking employment, education, &  giving them the opportunity to achieve their maximum potential. Her involvements include: Cape Breton Black Employment Partnership Committee member (seven years), Nova Scotia Community College African Advisory Committee, Black Employment Partnership Committee member, and also serves on the local Education Committee.
